Late Payment Charges – 50p per day overdue
 

Invoices will be sent termly (3 terms). Termly fees are due the by the first date of the term, payments can be made via BACs, via the card machine at the studios or monthly standing orders can be set up for the 1st of the Month.

Please note:
6 weeks’ notice is due in writing if you wish to withdraw from the studios. (Pay Termly)

12 weeks’ notice is due in writing if you wish to withdraw from the studios. (Pay Monthly)

Failure to do so will result in the term fees to be paid in full.

Block bookings also require a one off 3 week deposit payment, this is refundable with 3 weeks notice given of classes stopping.
